目的:探讨高、低帮篮球鞋对落地时踝关节内翻的运动学、地面反作用力及下肢主要肌群活动的影响,尝试理解高、低帮篮球鞋与踝关节落地稳定之间的关系;方法:13名受试者分别穿着高、低帮篮球鞋,手抓杠悬于空中,从40 cm高度分别垂直下落至内翻15°、内翻30°、内翻25°伴随跖屈10°(25°+10°)、内翻25°伴随跖屈20°(25°+20°)的倾斜面上,分析其踝关节运动学、地面反作用力及小腿主要外翻和背屈肌群(胫骨前肌、腓骨长肌和腓骨短肌)的肌电活动;结果:高、低帮鞋对内翻角度的变化、最大内翻角速度和地面垂直及水平冲击力没有显著影响;在15°倾斜面时,穿着高帮鞋出现预激活时间比低帮鞋晚(P〈0.05),同时,在15°和25°+20°下腓骨长肌和腓骨短肌落地前50 ms的平均振幅更小(P〈0.05);结论:选取的高帮鞋对踝关节的运动学和冲击力的改变不显著,但却在一定程度上影响了周围肌肉的预激活,对限制踝关节活动起到了积极的作用。
目的:探討高、低幫籃毬鞋對落地時踝關節內翻的運動學、地麵反作用力及下肢主要肌群活動的影響,嘗試理解高、低幫籃毬鞋與踝關節落地穩定之間的關繫;方法:13名受試者分彆穿著高、低幫籃毬鞋,手抓槓懸于空中,從40 cm高度分彆垂直下落至內翻15°、內翻30°、內翻25°伴隨蹠屈10°(25°+10°)、內翻25°伴隨蹠屈20°(25°+20°)的傾斜麵上,分析其踝關節運動學、地麵反作用力及小腿主要外翻和揹屈肌群(脛骨前肌、腓骨長肌和腓骨短肌)的肌電活動;結果:高、低幫鞋對內翻角度的變化、最大內翻角速度和地麵垂直及水平遲擊力沒有顯著影響;在15°傾斜麵時,穿著高幫鞋齣現預激活時間比低幫鞋晚(P〈0.05),同時,在15°和25°+20°下腓骨長肌和腓骨短肌落地前50 ms的平均振幅更小(P〈0.05);結論:選取的高幫鞋對踝關節的運動學和遲擊力的改變不顯著,但卻在一定程度上影響瞭週圍肌肉的預激活,對限製踝關節活動起到瞭積極的作用。

Purpose:To evaluate the effect of high-top and low-top basketball shoes on ankle inversion kinematics,ground reaction forces and relevant muscle activities,as well as the relationship between shoes and ankle stability during landing.Methods:13 subjects were required to wear high-top and low-top basketball shoes to land on an inversion plantarflexion tilting platform.Kinematics,ground reaction force and corresponding muscles activities of ankle were collected and analyzed.Result:No significant effect was found in inversion angle,maximum inversion angle velocity,and ground reaction force for vertical horizontal directions.However,high-top shoe showed a later onset of pre-activation than low-top shoe in four tilting conditions,especially at a 15° inversion condition(P0.05);meanwhile,the amplitude of pre-activation of peroneus longus and peroneus brevis for high-top shoe were smaller than low-top shoe at 15° inversion condition and 25° inversion plus 20° plantarflexion condition,respectively(P0.05).Conclusions:The high-top shoe selected in this study has little effects on ankle kinematics and ground reaction force,but has certain positive effects on ankle muscle pre-activation and limitation of range of motion.
