目的:分析无氧运动后血乳酸清除速率与足球传球精准度关系,探讨疲劳对人体运动技能发挥的影响机制。方法:选择12名高水平足球运动员,分别设计间歇性无氧运动前后30m长传球与10m短传球实验,记录得分(S)及运动前后得分变化率(DS%),同时采集运动前、即刻、3~11min多点血乳酸(BLA),运动前后数据进行组间配对t检验,以DS%为因变量对X%、tmax、BLAmax、BLAmax/trnax、DBLAnmx、DBLArrkax/tlTIax进行相关及逐步回归分析等统计学处理。结果:间歇性无氧运动后30m长传球DSoA非常显著性下降(P〈0.001),10m短传球显著下降(P〈O.05);BI,AmaX出现时点呈正偏态分布,多集中在3~7min出现;BLAmax/tmax,DBI。Amax/trnax为因变量与时点tmax呈曲线回归规律;DBI,Amax/tmax对因变量DS%呈线性回归规律。结论:间歇性无氧运动后致长传球与短传球精准度下降显著,且对长传球精准度影响尤为明显;间歇性无氧运动后BLAmax时点越靠前,即tmax越小,血乳酸清除速率越快,运动员较复杂动作技能稳定性越高。

Objective: The relationship between football pass accuracy change and BLA removal rate after intermittent anaerobic exercise was analyzed in order to research the fatigue effect on sports skills performance mechanism. Methods= According to study design, 12 young highly trained football players performed 30m long pass and 10m short pass after intermittent anaero- bic exercise, recorded score (S) and score change rate (DS%) of pre and post exercise, hemo- spasia for BLA at pre-exercise, post-exercise instant, and 3,5,7,9,11,13 minute. Pre and post exercise data statistics using paired t test, model 1 have six independent variables (X~, tmax, BLAmax, BLAmax/tmax, DBLAmax, DBLAmax/tmax) and one dependent variable (DS ~//00), the regression equation was got. Result: 1)DS~//00 of 30m long pass accuracy was very significant decreased(P~0. 001), DS~ of 10m long pass accuracy was significant decreased (P~0.0 5)after intermittent anaerobic exercise~ 2)The BLAmax time points appeared usual in 3min 7min became positive skew distribution; 3 ) Two dependent variables ( BLAmax/tmax, DBLAmax/tmax) had curvilinear regression relationship with tmax. 4 ) Dependent variable of DS~ had linear regression relationship with DBLAmax/tmax. Conclusions: 1) DS~ of 30m and 10m long pass accuracy was significant decreased and especially great influence on long pass after intermittent anaerobic exereise~ 2) The better preceding was the BLAmax time point, the rapid the BLA removal rate was, the better stability the neuromuscular of athletes a daption was after intermittent anaerobic exercise.
