目的:观察量化运动对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂和体质指标的影响。方法:将80例诊断为2型糖尿病的患者按年龄分为A组(20~40岁)和B组(41~60岁),并根据体重指数(BMI)再各分为两个亚组(BMI〈25,为A1、B1组,BMI≥25,为A2、B2组)进行研究。结果:3个月运动后,与运动前比较,各组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均明显降低(P〈O.01),总胆固醇除B2组外均明显下降(P〈0.01),甘油三酯仅B1组有明显降低(P〈O.05),腰围、臀围、体重在BMI≥25组均显著降低(P〈0.01或O.05),但在BMI〈25组差异均不显著(P〉o.05)。结论:量化运动处方可显著改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂和体质指标,对糖尿病的治疗有较好疗效,该系列量化运动处方为不同病情糖尿病患者选择合适自身的运动处方提供了较大的空间,可作为糖尿病常规运动治疗方案在临床中推广。

목적:관찰양화운동대2형당뇨병환자혈당、혈지화체질지표적영향。방법:장80례진단위2형당뇨병적환자안년령분위A조(20~40세)화B조(41~60세),병근거체중지수(BMI)재각분위량개아조(BMI〈25,위A1、B1조,BMI≥25,위A2、B2조)진행연구。결과:3개월운동후,여운동전비교,각조적공복혈당、찬후2h혈당、당화혈홍단백균명현강저(P〈O.01),총담고순제B2조외균명현하강(P〈0.01),감유삼지부B1조유명현강저(P〈O.05),요위、둔위、체중재BMI≥25조균현저강저(P〈0.01혹O.05),단재BMI〈25조차이균불현저(P〉o.05)。결론:양화운동처방가현저개선2형당뇨병환자적혈당、혈지화체질지표,대당뇨병적치료유교호료효,해계렬양화운동처방위불동병정당뇨병환자선택합괄자신적운동처방제공료교대적공간,가작위당뇨병상규운동치료방안재림상중추엄。
Objective. To observe the influence of quantified exercise on blood sugar, blood lipids and physical index of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods. Eighty type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DB) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were divided into two groups, group A (aged 20~40) and group B (aged 41~60), then based on body mass index (BMI), each group is divided into two subgroups, patients whose BMI is less than 25 are divided into group A1 and group B1, whose BMI is more than and equal to 25 are divided into group A2 and group B2. Results:after three-months exercise, compared with those fingers before treatment, significant reductions are found in fasting blood sugar, 2-Hour postprandial blood glucose and gyrated he- moglobin (Ghb) of both the experimental group and the control group (P〈0.01), Total cho- lesterol (TC) level decreased obviously (P〈0.01) except for group B2, Triglycerides (TG) level decreased obviously only in group B1 ; waist circumference, hip circumference and weight decreased significantly(P〈0. 01 or 0. 05)for the group whose BMI is more than 25, but differences are not significant(P〉0.05 )for the group whose BMI is less than 25. Conclusion.. The quantified exercise prescriptions can significantly improve the level of blood glucose, blood lipids and physical index, and the series of quantified exercise prescription can help different type 2 diabetic mellitus patients to select the appropriate exercise prescription, and promote ef- fective individual exercise prescriptions for type 2 diabetes mellitus.
