高校教师目前的考核存在年度考核流于形式、科研考核追求数量、教学考核片面粗放等问题。因此,必须在定量与定性、分类与分层相结合的基础上,完善高校教师业绩考核制度,本着公开、公平、公正原则,探索并建立教学与科研的等效评价机制,真正发挥教师考核在激励与促进高校健康发展过程中的积极作用。

There＇re some problems in teacher evaluation of colleges,such as formalistic annual evaluation,quantity-oriented research evaluation and unilateral and extensive teaching evaluation.Therefore,it needs to improve the teacher performance evaluation,based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis;it needs to explore the equivalent evaluation mechanism of teaching and scientific research in the principles of openness,fairness and justice,to make the teacher evaluation play the role of motivation and promotion.
