探讨了流动相条件及流速对体积排阻色谱分离抗EGF单克隆抗体的影响.结果表明:选择100mmol/L磷酸钠-150mmol/L氯化钠(pH=7.0)为流动相,设定流速为0.6mL/min时,抗EGF单克隆抗体在体积排阻色谱柱上的分离能获得最佳柱效.
探討瞭流動相條件及流速對體積排阻色譜分離抗EGF單剋隆抗體的影響.結果錶明:選擇100mmol/L燐痠鈉-150mmol/L氯化鈉(pH=7.0)為流動相,設定流速為0.6mL/min時,抗EGF單剋隆抗體在體積排阻色譜柱上的分離能穫得最佳柱效.

The effect of mobile phase and flow on separation of anti- EGF monoclonal antibody in size exclusion chromatography has been studied. The result showed that anti - EGF monoclonal antibody separated by size exclusion chromatography could have the best column performance in the condition, when selecting 100mM phosphate buffer/150mM sodium chloride (pHT. 0) as mobile phase and setting flow rate 0.6 mL/min.
