采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红酒中的微量金属元素钙、铁的含量,样品的处理采用微波消解法,钙、铁的吸光度与浓度之间呈线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9982,0.9992,用该法样品加标回收率在95%与105%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%.该方法操作简便、快捷.
採用空氣-乙炔火燄原子吸收光譜法測定紅酒中的微量金屬元素鈣、鐵的含量,樣品的處理採用微波消解法,鈣、鐵的吸光度與濃度之間呈線性關繫,相關繫數分彆為0.9982,0.9992,用該法樣品加標迴收率在95%與105%之間,相對標準偏差小于5%.該方法操作簡便、快捷.

The method for determination of trace metals such as calcium and iron in red wine with air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry is simple and fast. Samples were dealed with microwave digestion method,the absorption of calcium and their concentration showed a linear relationship. Respectively, their linear correlation coefficients were 0. 9982, 0. 9992. The relative standard deviation was less than 5% and the recovery was from 95% to 105%.
