采用水平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,检测分析了118份河南固始鸡血浆中的淀粉酶(Amy-1,Amy-2)、碱性磷酸酶(Akp-1,Akp-2)及酯酶-1(Es-1)的多态性.结果发现:除Akp-2和Amy-2位点呈单态外,其余位点均具有多态性,且akp-1,Akp-2°,Amy-2^i,Es-1A频率较高,而Es-1B频率较低,Es-1C频率为0.0000,Amy-1A频率高于Amy-1“,Amy-1“型频率较高.其多态位点百分比(P)和平均杂合度(H)相对较高.表明固始鸡血浆蛋白(酶)的多态程度较高,遗传多样性较为丰富,选择潜力较大.

In this experiment using the horizontal polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, we have analyzed 5 gene loci from 118 Henan Gushi chickens, except Akp - 2 and Amy - 2, the polymorphisms were found in Amy - 1, Akp - 1, Es - 1. Gene frequencies were higher in akp- 1, Akp- 2° , Amy- 2i, Es- 1A , but lower in Es - 1B, 0. 0000 in Es- 1c, the frequency of Amy - 1A is higher than Amy - 1B. Genotypic frequency was much higher in Amy - 1AB. The percentage of polymorphic (P) and the average heterozygosity (H) were high, respectively. This indicated that the plasma protein (isozyme) polymorphism of Henan Gushi chicken is high, genetic diversity is wealthy. Henan Gushi chicken has great potentialities for breeding.
