Through research,the article made a deep analysis on the practical difficulties of funding,woodland expansion,supervision and management in the Forest Development Project on the Yangtze River and the causes.Then it puts forward some innovative suggestions for the capital investment,the co-ordination of forest and farmland,resettlement of farmers and the management of forest.
