微格教学是一种教学技能训练方法,它在心理训练、信念培养、热情激发等方面同样也能起到良好的促进作用。基于微格教学的教师素质培养模式既能充分激发教师的积极性、主动性和创造性,又能实现科学的培训、学习、评价和考核。它能充分肯定教师不断提高自身修养的积极性,进而提高自身思想道德和科学文化素质,更好地实现自己的价值。

Microteaching is a training method for teaching skills; it can play a good role in psychological training, faith cultivation, and enthusiasm inspiration and so on. The teachers' quality training model based on microteaching can not only fully inspire teachers' enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, but also realize scientific training, learning, evaluation and assessment. It can also improve the teachers' self-cultivation enthusiasm, their personal morality and cultural quality, and finally better realize their own value.
