探讨不同低氧训练模式对大鼠大脑环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)及自由基代谢的变化影响,为低氧训练方法的选择提供理论依据。将8周龄健康雄性SD大鼠37只,随机分为常氧运动组、高住高练组、高住低练组和低住高练组共4组,低氧环境控制在15.4%O2左右,训练组常氧跑步速度为25 m/min,低氧下跑步速度为20 m/min,1 h/d,6 d/w,训练持续4周后测试大脑cAMP、SOD和MDA含量。结果发现:与常氧组比较,高住低练组与高练低住组cAMP均有升高的趋势,但经统计学检验均无显著差异(P〉0.05);高住低练组与高练低住组SOD活性显著高于高住高练组和常氧运动组(P〈0.05),而高住高练组、高住低练组与高练低住组MDA均明显低于常氧运动组(P〈0.05)。结论:4周的高住高练、高住低练和低住高练能提高大鼠脑抗氧化能力,有利于脑机能保持在正常水平,且高练低住和高住低练效果较高住高练好,更有利于脑cAMP含量的保持。

Objective:To substantiate the effects of different hypoxia training methods on brain cAMP and free radical of rats.Methods:37 male Sprague-Drawly(SD) rats(180~220g body weight) were randomly divided into 4 groups:training at low altitude(LL),living high-training high(HH),living high and training low(HL),living low and training high(LH).In the hypoxic environment the oxygen content was 15.4%.The rats were trained on a treadmill using a progressive protocol that plateau at 25m/min in normal environment and at 20m/min in hypoxic environment for 1hr/day,6days/week for a total of four weeks.Results:The level of cAMP of HL and LH group were higher than HH group.but both were no significant difference(P0.05).The level of SOD of HL and LH groups were significantly higher than HH and LL groups,the level of MDA of HH,LH and HL groups were lower than LL group.Conclusion:the hypoxia training methods of HH,HL and LH can increase the content of brain anti-oxidation of rats,which are benefit to maintain the brain function,and LH and HL are better than HH,which can maintain the content of brain cAMP of rats.
