We analyzed the medical resources allocation influenced by population aging and other population factors with demography methods. The medical expenditure will increase under the population change, and over half of the medical resources will be used to the older population with the population aging trend. This kind of change will issue a huge challenge on scarce medical resources allocation. We also analyzed the influence of population change on hospital structure, which can provide reference for hospital planning and human resources training.
