对激励教育做深入的理论探讨是素质教育改革和新课程改革的现实需要。在为激励教育"正名"的基础上,提出激励教育理论建构的基点是现实世界中的实践着的人;其价值旨归是培养学生的主体意识,为主体性的确立奠定基础;其现实路径是激发学生的内在动机,实现激励与自我激励的统一。

It is the need of competence-oriented education and new curriculum reform that make an intensive theoretical research on stimulating education.The paper is based on the renaming of the stimulating education,and proposes that the starting point of the theoretical construction of stimulating education is the man who practices in the real world;the aim of stimulating education is to cultivate students' consciousness,and lay the foundation for the establishment of subjectivity;the realistic path of stimulating education is to stimulate the internal motivation of students,and make the unity of stimulation and self-stimulation.
