构建和谐社会,人格和谐是关键。笔者从大学生和谐人格的内涵入手,论述了大学生和谐人格培育中存在的主要问题,探讨了大学生和谐人格培育的有效路径,即寓和谐人格培育于教育教学与管理之中,全面提高育人质量;增强高校教师培育大学生和谐人格的意识,全面提升其心理素养;在社会实践活动和自我教育中培育人格;密切家校关系,培养大学生家庭归属感;建立和谐的＂家庭、学校、社会＂教育体系,形成人格教育的合力。

Constructing the harmonious society,the personality harmony is the key.According to the university students harmonious personality＇s connotation,the article discusses the primary problems which exist in the university students harmonious personality development and also discusses the effective way of the university students harmonious personality development,that is placing the harmonious personality development into the education and management,then improving the education quanlity;enhancing university teachers consciousness of developing university students harmonious personality,promoting their psychological accomplishment;developing personality in social practice and self-education;closing family-school relations and raising the university students＇ family sense of belonging;establishing the harmonious education system of ＂the family-the school-the society＂ and then forming the joint effort of personality education.
