《格斯尔》史诗在巴林蒙古民间传播和地方化过程中产生了丰富多彩的衍生文化,这些文化资源以及富有特色的史诗表演场域等等,都具有开发利用的巨大空间。20世纪中后期以来在学界形成的有关史诗传统本身以及整体保护史诗传统新的理论认识的影响下,在学术界长时间的资料准备和学术准备以及学术推动基础上,巴林右旗政府利用雄厚的《格斯尔》文化资源,改变以文本为主的保护方式,逐渐转向开发史诗文化资源,以开发促保护的方向。其整个过程透露的是由民众、民间艺人、知识分子、学术界以及政府共同参与和推动,在开发中保护史诗文化传统的新动向、新思维,值得去梳理、总结、和引导。

Epic Geser has produced a variety of derived culture in the process of transmission and localization in Baarin Right Banner.The cultural sources and special spots of epic performances have a huge space of development and utilization.Based on the novel theoretical recognition formed in the academic circle since the mid-20th century on epic traditions and their safeguarding,and the academic preparation and promotion formed in the long-term material collection by the academic circle,the government of Baarin Right Banner has transformed the traditional text safeguarding approach into development of epic cultural sources,promoting safeguarding with development.Such a transformation in safeguarding approach shows a new thought and trend of safeguarding in development and a joint participation and collaborated endeavor of the people,the artists,the scholars,the academic circle and the government,which is worth systematic summarization and guidance.
