中国现行的退休年龄规定,基于性别和身份的区别对待,相差5-10年。"男女同龄退休"成为现阶段中国妇女运动和人权保障事业努力争取的一个重要目标。对此,中国社会、政府决策者、学术界甚至妇女本身,都有各不相同的看法。是什么因素导致人们特别是不同职业、性别和社会身份的人,做出支持或反对同龄退休的选择?本文通过对不同地区、群体、性别等就业者的实证研究,探讨制约她/他们做出不同选择的个人、家庭、工作单位、经济、社会观念等复杂因素,以期有针对性、有区别、分阶段地逐步解决退休年龄强制性差别对待的问题。

The rule of retirement age in China allows a difference between 5 to 10 years in retirement age based on sex and status.The goal of achieving "Same retirement age between women and men," which has become a focus in the contemporary Chinese women's movement and the cause of human rights protection,has been a subject of debate among policy makers,academia and women themselves in the Chinese society.What have made people of different occupation,sex,and status choose to accept or reject "the same age retirement"? This paper discusses the findings of empirical research of those who are employed based on their sexes,social groups and different areas in order to identify complex factors that influence their choice of retirement age,including individual preference,family,work unit,economic and social perceptions.It also hopes to recommend solutions that are focused,differentiated and ordered to ending the compulsory requirement of gender-based differential retirement age.
