教学活动作为一种培养人才的重要教育活动,它具有日常性与非日常性双重属性。然而,在教学活动中,教师往往依存在日常的教学生活之中,遮蔽乃至遗忘非日常教学生活,从而孕育和滋生了教学生活的单一价值取向。教师教学活动的单一价值取向主要体现在教学组织、教学主体、教学客体、教学过程等方面。教学活动既不能形成单一价值取向,也不能矫枉过正,需要在对立统一的价值体系之间保持必要的张力,防止陷入教育误区。

As an activity to develop competent workers, teaching is dually a routine job as well as a non-routine job. However, immersed in the daily teaching activities, teachers tend to obscure or even forget the unconventional aspect of teaching life, which foster and bring up a reduction of teaching to a single value-oriented activity. This reduction is mainly found in various aspects of teaching such as its organization, subject, object, and process. Though it is necessary to avoid such kind of single-valued reduction of teaching activity, it is also necessary for us to be on the alert for an overcorreetion. What we need to do is retain a necessary dialectical tension between the two aspects of teaching life. Only by so doing can we avoid a false understanding of education.
