针对区域创新系统可持续发展及其对于国家和地区获取竞争优势的重要性,从生态位视角研究了区域创新系统的可持续性.引入减弱系统数据受冲击扰动影响的二阶缓冲算子,借鉴广义关联度思想,基于绝对生态位适宜度和相对生态位适宜度改进的生态位适宜度模型,构建了区域创新系统可持续性综合生态位适宜度模型(Rta模型).根据区域创新系统的特征,在建立区域创新系统可持续性生态位适宜度的指标体系基础上,对湖南区域创新系统可持续性进行了评价.通过结果分析,表明综合适宜度模型Rta不仅能够体现生态因子现实值与最适值之间的贴近程度,而且也能反映出二者相对于测度始点变化速度的接近程度,更能全面表征区域创新系统可持续性,进一步完善和丰富了区域创新系统评价理论与方法.

This study aimed to examine the sustainability of regional innovation system and-the importance to get the national and regional competitive advantage from the perspective of ecologic. By introducing the second-order buffer operator to abate the shock of the system owing to disturbance and the synthetic degree of incidence, a regional innovation system sustainability synthetic niche-fitness model (Fta model) was constructed based on the improved the niche-fitness model, which combined with absolute niche-fitness and relative niche-fitness. After establishing the suitability niche-fitness index system of regional innovation system, the model was applied to measure the comprehensive niche-fitness of regional innovation system in Hunan province. The obtained results show that Ft~ not only can reflect closeness between the ecological factors' real niche and optimal niche, but also can indicate the relativity of the rate of the ecological factors' real niche and optimal niche change to the starting point, thus the model can evaluate the sustainability of the regional innovation system more comprehensively than the traditional models, which enriches and enhances the sustainability evaluation theory and methods of regional innovation systems.
