“十一五”期间区域经济发展差距扩大的趋势有所减缓，但区域非均衡发展格局仍然未变，区域经济运行存在一些突出问题。“十二五”期间，要建立健全规范化的区域政策体系，注重区域政策的可操作，重视区域自我发展能力的培育，扶持问题区域发展，构建良好的区域利益协调机制。

“십일오”기간구역경제발전차거확대적추세유소감완，단구역비균형발전격국잉연미변，구역경제운행존재일사돌출문제。“십이오”기간，요건립건전규범화적구역정책체계，주중구역정책적가조작，중시구역자아발전능력적배육，부지문제구역발전，구건량호적구역이익협조궤제。
It can be found that the increasing trend of east-middle-west-northeast four regional development disparities has been reduced in the ＂Eleventh Five-year＂.But space pattern of disequilibrium development is the same as ever.And there are still some outstanding difficulties and problems in the regional economy.During the ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ Plan period,a regional policy system should be established on the basis of normalization of regional policies to make the regional policies more clearly oriented,solve the key problem,enhance the self-development capability of the regions,give aids to problem areas,and to set up a sound coordination mechanism.
