以绍兴市为例,基于对绍兴市19个重点行业的社会调查资料和绍兴市统计局的内容统计资料,分析了绍兴市工业结构升级的紧迫性;在此基础上,借鉴现有研究成果构建了评价绍兴市工业结构升级主导产业的评价指标、评价模型和评价程序,并进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,绍兴市工业结构升级的十大主导产业是：纺织业,通用设备制造业,纺织服装、鞋、帽制造业,专用设备制造业,电气机械及器材制造业,通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备,医药制造业,化学原料及化学制品制造业,化学纤维制造业,饮料制造业,然后提出近期和远期的战略性目标。

Taking Shaoxing city as an example,the urgency of the upgrading of its industrial structure was analyzed based on the social survey data of 19 leading industries of the city and the statistical data of the Statistical Bureau of the city.From the above analysis and using the existing research results as reference were constructed the indicators,model and procedure for the evaluation of the upgrading of the structure of the leading industries of Shaoxing city and then an empirical study was conducted.Research results show that the upgrading of the industrial structure is involved with 10 leading industries： textile industry,general-purpose equipment manufacturing,clothing-shoe-hat making,special equipment manufacturing,electric machines,devices and materials manufacturing,communication equipment,computer and other electronics equipment,medicine making,chemical raw materials and products manufacturing,chemical fiber making,and beverage making.And then the short-and long-term strategic objectives were presented.
