假冒伪劣商品是中国近几十年来经济、社会的顽疾,涉及到数千亿元人民币的商品价值。当前我国经济发展面临的一个普遍性难题是,制假猖獗与打假失灵。假冒伪劣行为属于经济个体对利益的不正当追求,制假泛滥的一个主要原因是预期收益大于预期成本。为此,本文建立博弈模型来分析了造假现象屡禁不止的原因,最后提出打假防止对策。

For decades,counterfeit and interior goods have been economic and social issues in China,which is involved with the goods worth of hundreds of billions.A general difficulty facing China＇s economic development is rampant counterfeiting and deficient anti-counterfeiting.Counterfeiting action is an improper pursuit of individual＇s economic interests,and the major reason of counterfeiting is that the expected benefits outweighs the expected costs.Thus,this paper has established game model to analyze the main reason of long standing counterfeiting,and then proposes the related anti-counterfeiting policies.
