以2009年我国证券市场上发生并购的45家并购公司和51家目标公司为样本，采用事件分析的实证方法，从微观层面出发，验证在我国上市公司并购活动中是否能够给并购双方带来收益、目标公司是否获得更多收益，并对目标公司的收益问题进行深层次剖析。期望通过研究，揭示导致并购绩效结果的原因，提供提高上市公司并购绩效的对策。

Using market model with the empirical method of event analysis, measuring and checking the expected revenue and abnormal return of public companies, and starting from micro - level to check if M＆A can bring earnings to the both merging companies and object companies and especially if the object companies gain more reve- nue during the action of M＆A of our country＇s public companies, sampling as the 51 merging companies and 45 object companies taking the actions of M＆A on our country＇ s stock market in 2009. And we study the revenue problems of the object company. Through the research we expect to reveals the reasons which lead to the result of the M＆A proceeds.
