In the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise' s performance, the non - measurement of indexes is very important and basic work. Although the study of non - measurement has begun for a long time, there are still some defects in traditional methods. In this thesis, we first aim at the shortages that exist in the traditional non - measurement in enterprise performance evaluation. Then we puts forward a set of new methods of non - measurement.
