人才培养是学校的根本任务,建设高水平的教师队伍是提高高等教育质量的根本保障。青年教师作为学校师资的主体和未来,直接影响着高等教育质量的保障与提高。在青年教师培养上,高校应紧紧抓住优质教育资源,积极发挥“质量工程”项目的示范、引领和反哺作用,通过实施“名优工程”,建立各种展示平台,引领青年教师提升“五种能力”,促进青年教师的专业化成长。

Cultivating talents is the fundamental task of colleges, and constructing a high-level faculty team is the primary assurement of improving higher education quality. Young facuity is the main part and the future of the facuity, which affects the assurement and improvement of higher education quality. To cultivate young faculty, colleges should grasp excellent education resource, make full use of the demonstration, leading and back- feeding effect of quality project; by implementing brand-name and high-quality projects, and constructing various platforms, guide the young faculty to promote five capabilities to advance the professionalization development of young faculty.
