文化力是蓝色经济区发展的新着力点，是蓝色经济区发挥引擎作用的关键。蓝色经济区在文化力发展方面既有有利条件也存在不足。在发挥自身文化力优势的基础上，努力凝聚蓝色经济区的核心文化力，建立促进文化力发展的制度体系。
文化力是藍色經濟區髮展的新著力點，是藍色經濟區髮揮引擎作用的關鍵。藍色經濟區在文化力髮展方麵既有有利條件也存在不足。在髮揮自身文化力優勢的基礎上，努力凝聚藍色經濟區的覈心文化力，建立促進文化力髮展的製度體繫。
문화력시람색경제구발전적신착력점，시람색경제구발휘인경작용적관건。람색경제구재문화력발전방면기유유리조건야존재불족。재발휘자신문화력우세적기출상，노력응취람색경제구적핵심문화력，건립촉진문화력발전적제도체계。
Cultural power is the new focus for the development of the Blue Economic Zone, and is the key for the Eco- nomic Zone to play its role as an engine. There are both advantages and shortcomings in the cultural power development of the Blue Economic Zone. We must bring into full play our advantages in cultural power, make all efforts to gather the core culture power of the Blue Economic Zone, and establish the system to promote the development of cultural power.
