铁西区装备制造产业发展的历史很长,并在建国初期形成了一定规模的聚集效应,但是,其聚集规模和程度与现代产业集群发展的需要相比,还存在差距。如何构建一个能够支持集群持续创新的机制,仍然是一项艰巨任务。总体上看,科学定位国有企业、培养集群软实力、建设新型产业关系网络和推动有条件的优势企业上市将是未来铁西装备制造产业集群创新体系完善的重要方向。

The history of the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Tiexi district is very long,and to a certain extent the concentration effect was formed at the beginning of the founding of the country.The concentration scale and degree still has gaps,compared to the need of development of modern industrial cluster.However,how to construct a mechanism that can support cluster continuous innovation is still a tough task.An effective policy for promoting the development of technological innovation system in Tiexi equipment manufacturing industry should focus on the following,positioning of state-owned enterprises,cultivating cluster soft strength,building new-type industrial relationship network,and so on.
