The labor relations in the process of China's modernization have grown out of nothing and rapidly expanded to become the main social and economic relations in just more than 30 years.The progress and problems of the labor relations in China since reform and open to overseas is the direct result of the tripartite interests of the game among the government,employers,workers and other labor relations.Only if the tripartite pattern of the game among the government,employers and workers has been formed,can the balance of interest and harmonious labor relations be achieved.
