发展低碳文化,企业是主体。发展低碳文化就是从人治自然地过渡到人与自然和谐的文化;就是将低碳企业文化流程化、制度化,实现从理念到行动、从抽象到具体、从口头到书面的＂落地＂,使企业低碳理念外化于形、内化于心、固化于制,形成有生态特色的制度文化、行为文化、形象文化;就是实现文化融合,达到形的一致、心的一致、行的一致,使低碳文化真正在员工心中＂生根;＂就是实践上推进企业变革和创新管理,推动企业形成清洁集约的生产方式,创造绿色产品,节约资源成本,提高综合效益,提升企业核心竞争力。
