Cultural creative industry becomes the hot topics of theoretical research with the creative economic flourishing development.This paper starts with the angle of view of the interaction between cultural creative industry and city development,and it studies the effect of the cultural creative industry to industries upgrading and city development.By analyzing the key factors to accelerate cultural creative industry development,it makes the recommendations about city cultivating cultural creative industry based on nation development strategy,city creative environment and intellectual property protection.
