古村落保留了古朴的民风和建筑风格，蕴含了丰富的地方文化内涵，近年来，随着古村落旅游的持续升温，古村落的开发与挖掘已成为促进区域旅游业发展的新亮点。在对走马塘地域文化与建筑特征研究的基础上，运用层次分析法对旅游资源进行了定量综合评价，结果表明走马塘古村落旅蝣开发的影响因子排列顺序依次为资源价值〉开发效益〉资源吸引力〉开发条件〉资源保护，并根据调查结果作了深入分析，提出了应对措施，希望能为类似走马塘的古村落提供参考。

고촌락보류료고박적민풍화건축풍격，온함료봉부적지방문화내함，근년래，수착고촌락여유적지속승온，고촌락적개발여알굴이성위촉진구역여유업발전적신량점。재대주마당지역문화여건축특정연구적기출상，운용층차분석법대여유자원진행료정량종합평개，결과표명주마당고촌락려유개발적영향인자배렬순서의차위자원개치〉개발효익〉자원흡인력〉개발조건〉자원보호，병근거조사결과작료심입분석，제출료응대조시，희망능위유사주마당적고촌락제공삼고。
The ancient villages preserve folk customs and architectural styles and contain a wealth of local culture. In recent years, with more and more people interested in ancient village tour, the development and excavation of ancient villages has become a new bright spot in promoting regional tourism development. Based on the survey and research of local culture and architectural feature of Zoumatang village, this paper uses the method of analytical hierarchy process （AHP） to make a quantitative and comprehensive evaluation of the tourism resources, with the result that the order of influencing factors is resources value, development benefit, attraction of resources, development condition and resources protection. Based on an analysis of the result, the paper puts forward measures for the exploitation of tourism in ancient villages like Zoumatang villages.
