运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法，对教育部直属6所师范院校田径教研室师资队伍的现状进行调查研究。从其师资队伍的学历、年龄结构、专业运动技术等级、业务水平、科研水平、职业道德等方面分析现状及存在的问题，并提出改进的建议与设想，旨在为我国师范院校田径师资队伍健康有序发展提供理论依据。

With literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics and other research methods, it made an analisis of athletic teachers from normal universities subordinated directly to the Ministry of Education. It analyzed the present situation and the existed problems of athletic teachers from the aspects of education, age structure, technical level of professional sports, business level, scientific research, professional ethics and so, and put forward suggestions for its improvement, so as to put forward a theoretical basis for its healthy and orderly development.
