生态工业园区既是推进工业可持续发展的有力途径,也是生态工业的重要实践形式。本文以行业类生态工业园基本概念为基础,分析了我国现行行业类生态工业园区标准存在的问题,并从行业性工业园特点及生态化改造的重点出发,在企业、企业间和园区3个层面,选取了反映不同层面存在的主要问题及生态化改造的重点等方面共30个指标,构成典型行业类工业园生态化评价指标体系。在指标的选取上突出指标体系对系统的描述、评估、监测和预测的功能,旨在全面、准确地对行业性工业园生态化的建设水平进行评价,对我国众多行业类工业园区进行生态化改造建设进行指导,具有重要的实践意义。

Ecoindustrial parks are not only a powerful way of promoting sustainable industrial development but also an important practice form of eco-industry.Based on the basic concepts of sector-based eco-industrial parks,this article analyzes the problems existing in China＇s current standards for sector-based eco-industrial park.From the perspective of the characteristics of sector-based industrial parks and the focal points of ecological transformation,this article has also selected a total of 30 indexes concerning major problems existing at three different levels of enterprises,the relationship between enterprises and the park as well as the focal points of ecological transformation,established a typical ecological evaluation index system of sector-based industrial parks.During the process of index selection,the function of the index system of describing,evaluating,supervising and predicting the system is highlighted for evaluating the ecological construction level of sector-based industrial parks in an all-around and accurate manner and guiding the ecological transformation and construction of various sector-based industrial parks in China.Therefore,these indexes are of important practical significance.
