文章利用地理加权回归方法研究了FD I在长江三角洲城市的区位决定。传统的线性回归模型只是对参数进行＂平均＂或＂全局＂估计,而地理加权回归（GWR）模型进行的＂局部＂估计,能够反映参数在不同空间的空间非平稳性。研究结果发现劳动力成本、人力资本、市场规模、产业结构以及集聚因素是影响FD I分布的重要因素。各因素在不同城市的影响存在明显的空间变异。

This paper adopts geographically weighted regression to analyze the location determinants of FDI in Yangtze River Delta cities.Ordinary linear regression analysis can only produce ＂average＂ and ＂global＂ parameter estimates,whereas geographically weighted regression（GWR）can produce ＂local＂ parameter estimates which vary over space in some spatial systems.The results reveal that labor cost,human resource,market scale,industry structure and agglomeration have important impact on attracting FDI.The influence of location determinants on FDI shows considerable spatial variability.
