The hold-up problem of the special assets investment is common in practice.Its settlement not only can improve the welfare of both parties,but also can promote the cooperative innovation among enterprises.This article takes cooperation between refrigerator factory and compressor factory as an example,and finds out that a set of incomplete contract can prevent the hold-up effectively Finally,it makes a conclusion.
