博弈论作为分析利益冲突与妥协的工具,它为正确客观地理解西安事变的和平解决提供了理论视角。张学良、杨虎城基于理性分析中国社会主要矛盾和国内外形势而发动了西安事变。面对由事变引起的军事危机和政治危机,张、杨和中国共产党一道,在理性决策下,主张和平解决西安事件、建立抗日民族统一战线,力挫亲日派等派别的阴谋,成功化解危机,与蒋介石达成＂停止内战、一致抗日＂的爱国协议。在理性和有限理性的相互妥协下,蒋以＂人格＂保证履行协议;张学良在未得到中共和杨虎城的同意时,亲送蒋返回南京,西安事变最终和平解决。

Game theory,as a tool for analyzing interest of conflict and compromise,provides a theoretical perspective to correctly and objectively understand the peaceful settlement of the Xi＇an Incident.With rational analysis of the situation and the principal contradiction of society,Peter H.L.Chang and Yang Hu-cheng launched the Xi＇an Incident.In the face of the military and political crisis caused by the incident,Peter H.L.Chang and Yang Hu-cheng and the Communist Party of China got together and advocated a peaceful settlement of Xi＇an Incident so as to establish the anti-Japanese national united front.They defeated the conspiracy of pro-Japanese faction and other factions,successfully resolved the crisis, and reached the agreements on stopping the civil war and resisting Japanese aggression with Chiang Kai-shek.Under the compromise of rationality and bounded rationality,Chiang Kai-shek ensured the implementation of the agreements with his ＂personality＂.Peter H.L.Chang accompanied Chiang Kai-shek back to Nanjing without the consent from the CPC and Yang Hu-cheng.The Xi＇an Incident was resolved peacefully.
