文章选取1988～2007年我国专利授权中国内、国外专利授权数以及出口商品高、中、低技术类出口商品数据,考察了国内、国外专利授权对出口商品结构的影响。研究结果表明,国外专利授权对低类技术商品出口的促进作用显著,国内专利授权对中、高类技术商品出口的促进作用明显。文章进一步分析了其中的原因并提出相应对策。
文章選取1988～2007年我國專利授權中國內、國外專利授權數以及齣口商品高、中、低技術類齣口商品數據,攷察瞭國內、國外專利授權對齣口商品結構的影響。研究結果錶明,國外專利授權對低類技術商品齣口的促進作用顯著,國內專利授權對中、高類技術商品齣口的促進作用明顯。文章進一步分析瞭其中的原因併提齣相應對策。

The paper studies the effect of domestic and abroad patent authorization on the export commodity structure by analyzing the data of patents authorized domestic and abroad from 1988～2007 and that of high-,mid-,and low-technology export commodity during the same period.It finds that abroad patent authorization has positive effects on low-technology export commodity,and domestic patent authorization has positive effects on high-,mid-technology export commodity.Then,it analyzes the reasons for this result and put forward propositions for better performance.
