发展农业旅游是建设社会主义新农村,解决农民收入低下与农村剩余劳动力转移等难题的有效途径之一。运用SWOT分析法,分析衡阳市农业旅游发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,提出具体的发展对策,从而为地方政府决策提供可行性建议。

The development of agro-tourism one of the effective ways to build a new socialist countryside,and to solve some problems,such as the low income of farmers,the migration of surplus labor force in the countryside.Hengyang City is located in the Middle of Hunan province,mainly dominated by agriculture and farmers problems.Therefore,the authors use SWOT analysis to analyze agricultural tourism development in Hengyang City,in dading its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats,and specific development measures.There fore it can offer some feasible suggestions to local governments.
