中国石油供需矛盾十分突出,同时石油产业发展中产生的环境问题引起了广泛的关注,石油产业发展面临着资源短缺与环境保护的双重压力。生态环境和经济社会的和谐发展,有助于实现石油的长期安全。本文在对石油安全进行更深层次思考的基础上,提出了石油生态安全的思想。低碳经济引导人类社会从工业文明迈向生态文明,向低碳经济转型是保障石油生态安全的现实选择,需要制定全方位的发展战略,完善石油行业法制建设,进行科技创新,转变消费理念。

China＇s oil supply and demand is very incompatible at the same time the environmental problems caused by development of the oil industry has caught wide attention.The oil industry is facing double pressures of resources shortage and environment protection.The harmonious development of ecological environment and economy can be helpful for realizing oil long-term security.Based on deeply thinking about oil security,this paper put forward the idea of oil ecological security.Low carbon economy guides human society from industrial civilization towards ecological civilization.Transition to low carbon economy is the realistic choice to secure oil ecological safety,which requires all round development strategies,improves the legal system of the oil industry and conducts scientific and technical innovation,and changes consumption concepts.
