The real estate valuation methods include the method of income present price,cost method and the method of the market price contrast.Among them,the method of the market prices contrast is more commonly used in the real estate valuation.This method has become a commonly used method in real estate evaluation because it more fits the criterion that market determines the prices of real estates.The method of Entropy Weight Coefficients can be applied to improve the present method of the market prices contrast.The entropy values of real transaction are calculated by the system consisting of comparable real estate projects to determine the close-degree of each real transaction comparable with the real estates waiting for evaluation and further determine the estimated price of real estates waiting for evaluation.
