运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法等，对地级市“教体结合”培养青少年竞技体育后备人才的典型代表“南通模式”进行分析。研究发现其人才培养模式的优势表现为：竞技体育后备人才输送率得到保障；竞技体育后备人才冲金率稳中有升；运动员学、训矛盾得到初步解决；加强了竞技体育后备人才培养的制度建设；形成了多样化训练格局；竞技体育资源得到优化配置与整合；建立了科学选材的运行机制和网络体系。管理保障、训练保障、经费保障、社会保障等机制的健全促进了其人才培养模式的优化。
運用文獻資料法、專傢訪談法、實地調查法和邏輯分析法等，對地級市“教體結閤”培養青少年競技體育後備人纔的典型代錶“南通模式”進行分析。研究髮現其人纔培養模式的優勢錶現為：競技體育後備人纔輸送率得到保障；競技體育後備人纔遲金率穩中有升；運動員學、訓矛盾得到初步解決；加彊瞭競技體育後備人纔培養的製度建設；形成瞭多樣化訓練格跼；競技體育資源得到優化配置與整閤；建立瞭科學選材的運行機製和網絡體繫。管理保障、訓練保障、經費保障、社會保障等機製的健全促進瞭其人纔培養模式的優化。
운용문헌자료법、전가방담법、실지조사법화라집분석법등，대지급시“교체결합”배양청소년경기체육후비인재적전형대표“남통모식”진행분석。연구발현기인재배양모식적우세표현위：경기체육후비인재수송솔득도보장；경기체육후비인재충금솔은중유승；운동원학、훈모순득도초보해결；가강료경기체육후비인재배양적제도건설；형성료다양화훈련격국；경기체육자원득도우화배치여정합；건립료과학선재적운행궤제화망락체계。관리보장、훈련보장、경비보장、사회보장등궤제적건전촉진료기인재배양모식적우화。
With the methods of literature, expert interviews, field investigation and logic analysis, it analyzed Nantong model of reserved young sports talents cultivation with the＂ combination of education and physical training＂ in prefecture -level city. The results showed that the mode advantages presented as the guarantee of supplying rate of reserved young sports talents. The gold medal win- ning rate of them rose steadily and the contradiction of learning and training was resolved preliminarily. It stenthened the institution construction and formed a variety of pattern of training. It had an optimized application and integration for competitive sports resource, and established the operating mechanism and network systems for scientific talent selection.
