采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对我国特殊体育教师的专业化进行研究。目前我国特殊体育教师专业化面临的困境为:师资培养院校少,国家经费扶持力度小;课程计划不适应特殊体育教师专业化要求;特殊体育教师素质偏低,专业化意识薄弱;特殊体育教师专业化模式滞后;教师资格制度对推进特殊体育教师专业化不力。建议:扩充特殊体育师资培养院校,国家给予经费扶持;构建特殊体育教育“双专业”课程;明确特殊体育教师专业素质,建立自适应专业化发展体系;进行专业化模式改革;建立特殊体育教师资格制度。

Using methods of literature review and expert interview, the present paper studied the specialization of teachers for special physical education. It found the following major difficulties in the specialization of special physical education teachers in China: Universities are few with graduates in this field and government fund is scarce; the current curriculum fails to meet the demands of the specialization in special physical education; the quality of teachers in special physical education is relatively low, and the teacher' s awareness of specialization is week; the teaching mode is lagged behind; and the teacher certificate system fails to promote the specialization process of teachers in this area. It put forward the following suggestions: expanding colleges training special physical education teachers and government fund; constructing "double major" curriculum in special physical education; specifying the professional quality of special physical education teachers to build adaptive professional development system; reforming the professional mode; and establishing the qualification system of special physical education teachers.
