运用文献资料法等,分析高校开展瑜伽教学的社会背景和研究现状。结合瑜伽运动的规律及高校教学实际,提出:在高校瑜伽教学中,对瑜伽哲学和修炼境界的描述不宜虚幻化;“心灵思考”应张弛有度、循序渐进,并与“健身练习”进行自然、有机的结合。
運用文獻資料法等,分析高校開展瑜伽教學的社會揹景和研究現狀。結閤瑜伽運動的規律及高校教學實際,提齣:在高校瑜伽教學中,對瑜伽哲學和脩煉境界的描述不宜虛幻化;“心靈思攷”應張弛有度、循序漸進,併與“健身練習”進行自然、有機的結閤。
운용문헌자료법등,분석고교개전유가교학적사회배경화연구현상。결합유가운동적규률급고교교학실제,제출:재고교유가교학중,대유가철학화수련경계적묘술불의허환화;“심령사고”응장이유도、순서점진,병여“건신연습”진행자연、유궤적결합。
Using the method of literature review, the present paper analyzed the social background and current research situation of Yoga teaching in colleges and universities. Based on the regular patterns of Yoga movement and the teaching realities of universities and colleges, it proposed that in Yoga teaching in universities and colleges, the description of Yoga philosophy and cultivation realm should not be illusory; the "spiritual thinking" should be moderate and gradual and be naturally and dynamically integrated into the "fitness exercises".
