自负、自卑、焦虑、恐惧、依赖、从众、虚荣与嫉妒等消极情绪严重制约了女大学生就业竞争力的有效提升,使其在就业竞争中处于弱势地位。高校可以从开发女大学生的心理资本入手,提升她们自信、希望、乐观、韧性的心理素质,将有助于减缓女大学生的就业心理压力,帮助她们在就业时获得竞争优势。因此,高校应高度重视女大学生的就业心理健康教育。
