在文献回顾的基础上,对创意人才及其需求偏好进行界定和分析,运用经济学、管理学和博弈论的理论,从创意人才的需求偏好出发,引入心理契约与博弈模型,构建并分析了创意人才激励的组合模型和过程模型;并以模型为基础,从创意人才成长阶段、内在需求、外在动力和环境氛围等不同视角提出激励对策,以期为完善组织创意人才激励机制提供参考。
在文獻迴顧的基礎上,對創意人纔及其需求偏好進行界定和分析,運用經濟學、管理學和博弈論的理論,從創意人纔的需求偏好齣髮,引入心理契約與博弈模型,構建併分析瞭創意人纔激勵的組閤模型和過程模型;併以模型為基礎,從創意人纔成長階段、內在需求、外在動力和環境氛圍等不同視角提齣激勵對策,以期為完善組織創意人纔激勵機製提供參攷。

Based on the literature review,the paper defines and analyzes creative talents and their demand preferences,impresses on the theory of economics,management and game theory,starting from the demand preferences of creative talents,leads into psychological contract and game model,constructs and analyzes combination model and process model on incentive of creative talents,proposes motivation strategies from the different perspectives of creative talents' growth stage,internal demand,external power and environmental atmosphere based on the model,which may provide reference for organizations to improve excitation mechanism of creative talents.
