备战第11届全运会期间,采用全身训练法和个体化训练法对上海帆船队队员进行体能训练,并对训练效果进行监控与评定。结果显示:男女运动员接受针对性训练后,坐位体前屈、引体向上、双臂屈伸成绩显著提高,控腰时间、立定跳远、沙滩3000m跑成绩提高,但无显著性差异;运动员体能水平显著改善,为取得优异成绩奠定体能基础。
備戰第11屆全運會期間,採用全身訓練法和箇體化訓練法對上海帆船隊隊員進行體能訓練,併對訓練效果進行鑑控與評定。結果顯示:男女運動員接受針對性訓練後,坐位體前屈、引體嚮上、雙臂屈伸成績顯著提高,控腰時間、立定跳遠、沙灘3000m跑成績提高,但無顯著性差異;運動員體能水平顯著改善,為取得優異成績奠定體能基礎。
비전제11계전운회기간,채용전신훈련법화개체화훈련법대상해범선대대원진행체능훈련,병대훈련효과진행감공여평정。결과현시:남녀운동원접수침대성훈련후,좌위체전굴、인체향상、쌍비굴신성적현저제고,공요시간、립정도원、사탄3000m포성적제고,단무현저성차이;운동원체능수평현저개선,위취득우이성적전정체능기출。
Specific general and individual training technologies were applied and the performance was evaluated and monitored for Shanghai Sailing Team, during the period of preparing-competition training for the 11 ^th National Games. It shows a great improvement in the performance of sit and reach, pull-up, arms bend and stretch. There is progress in waist control time, standing jump, 3,000 meter beach race, though there is no salient difference. The result shows an obvious advance in the level of physical training.
