In the ＂May 4th＂ times,by reading abundant works of new cultural movement and translated Russian and European works,Qu Qiubai primitively formed his own thought and theory of literature.He emphasized that literature should reflect the social reality and the changing of social ideology,reflect the healthy and beautiful of human spirituality.He praised those writers who expressed their real feelings,grasp the correct outlooks.He paid attention to the Russian and European literary resources,from which he emphasized that the authors should learn the humanistic concern and the independent thinking,in order to create academic theories and literary works required by Chinese society.
