在室内7个恒温(20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃、32℃、35℃和38℃)条件下饲养家蝇,研究温度对家蝇产卵量和孵化率的影响。结果表明,温度能显著地影响家蝇的产卵量和孵化率,在20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃、32℃、35℃和38℃下,雌成虫的平均产卵量分别为244.71粒、285.04粒、293.55粒、244.07粒、217.40粒、171.69粒和52.96粒,其中26℃时产卵量最高,产卵期最长,低温和高温均能抑制家蝇产卵,38℃时的产卵量最低;在上述7个温度下家蝇卵的孵化率分别为88.70%、92.10%、94.04%、95.33%、87.47%、46.59%和14.89%,其中29℃时的孵化率最高,低温和高温下家蝇的孵化率则明显降低,38℃时的孵化率最低。

Effects of temperatures on the oviposition quantity and hatching rate ofMusca domesticaraised in the laboratory were studied at seven constant temperatures(20℃,23℃,26℃,29℃,32℃,35℃ and 38℃).The results showed that temperatures could affect them significantly.Average eggs laid by the female imagos were respectively 244.71,285.04,293.55,244.07,217.40,171.69 and 52.96 at seven constant temperatures,while the oviposition quantity was the highest and the oviposition time was the longest at 26 ℃.Both high and low temperatures could affect the oviposition quantity,which was found the lowest at 38℃.At the above seven temperatures,the hatching rate ofMusca domesticawas respectively 88.70%,92.10%,94.04%,95.33%,87.47%,46.59% and 14.89%.It decreased obviously at lower or higher temperatures,which was the highest at 29℃ and the lowest at 38℃.
