提高区域经济发展的效率，是理论和实务工作者普遍关注的课题。区域经济体是一个复杂系统，这个系统中的财富是用货币来度量的，对区域经济体注入货币，通过一系列的交易环节，会形成相应的产出系列，其产出量的多少，反映出经济体运行效率的不同，由此可以对经济运行的制度进行量化比较。以贵州省88个县域作为实证研究对象，利用固定资产投入、财政支出的变化导致GDP、居民收入、税收变化的比率作为效率指标，并对效率系数进行聚类分析，可以将区域经济运行效率划分为7种类型。

Improving efficiency of regional economic development is an issue that attracts great attention in theoretical and practical circles. Regional economy is a complex system, the wealth within which is measured by money. When money is injected into regional economies, a corresponding series of output will be formed through a series of transactions. The output, which reflects different efficiency of economic operations, can be used to make a quantitative comparison of institutions of economic operations. This paper conducts an empirical study of the 88 counties in Guizhou Province, and uses changes in GDP, household income and tax caused by changes in investment in fixed assets and government spending as indicators of efficiency. A cluster analysis of these indicators of efficiency is made and the 88 counties are classified into 7 types.
