本文分析了工业部门内部结构变化对我国劳动收入份额的影响,并运用2001—2007年省际面板数据对劳动收入份额进行了实证分析。结果表明,重工业化与劳动收入份额存在显著的负相关关系。一方面,工业结构偏重化直接降低了工业部门吸纳劳动力的能力,从而导致在日益增加的国民收入蛋糕中,劳动要素所分享到的比重越来越小;另一方面,重工业优先发展的赶超战略实施诱致资本利用型技术进步产生,偏离了我国要素禀赋,不利于劳动收入份额的提升。

This article studies the influence of the change of internal structure in industry department on labor income share in china by theoretical and empirical analysis.Using the panel data from 2001-2007,empirical results show that the correlation between heavy industrialization and labor income share is outstandingly negative.On the one hand,heavy industrialization reduce the power of industry department to absorb labor force directly,and it causes that labor income share is smaller and smaller in the increasing national income;On the other hand,with the heavy industrialization,industry is on the way of labor-saving technical progress,and it is unfavorable to labor income share.
