时间推进是语篇发展的基本原则，是语篇连贯的重要手段。但是关于哪些因素影响了时间推进，如何分析时间推进，目前并没有形成一个很好的分析框架。本文采用修辞结构理论，以汉语为分析材料，再现了时间推进和语篇结构的关系，区分出三个层面的时间推进，提出了一个时间推进分析框架。这一分析框架的建立对于第二语言的写作教学具有应用价值。

Temporal progression is the basic principle of discourse development and also an important means of discourse coherence. However, there is no good analytical framework to analyze what factors influence it and how to analyze it. In this paper, RST is used to represent the relationship between temporal progression and discourse structures in Chinese narrative, and three levels of temporal progression is distinguished. Finally, a suitable analytical framework is proposed. The establishment of the analytical framework of temporal progression has its practical significance for teaching second language writing.
