Tennis movement has a broad mass base in our college,which is one of the popular sports among students.Many college students participate in the tennis elective courses actively.However,tennis skills are relatively complex and it is difficult for many college students with weak athletic foundation to master all the techniques in short time.In order to grasp the skills as quickly as possible and improve tennis teaching quality,students should start with physical quality and focus on forehand and backhand hitting as well as serve skill and by these teaching methods and means,maximum results can be achieved with little effort.
